INTEGRATED ROBOTIC TOP LOAD CASE PACKING SYSTEM
For the optimum flexibility in robotic case packing. The Monoceros offers product speeds of up to 300ppm with a triple race track.
This full servo system accepts fully random product and collates into the required row and layer number through the racetrack and robot, replacing the need of many hand loading operators and labour.
The cases are delivered by a simple conveyor and controlled through a cylinder stop clamp and go system.
The Monoceros Machine is a member of the Top Load Case Packer family produced by 3S Packaging NEW.
Other ranges of machinery include both carton lock and glue erectors, end loaders, robotic loaders, a full range of carton closers and all types of product specific infeed systems.
