PERFECT PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS OUR CORE COMPETENCE.
Our project managers because of their broad expertise are involved in a project from the very beginning. Together with our applications team they work out the best concept tailored to the customer’s requirements.
As soon as the customer has placed the order project management takes over. A project manager is responsible for the efficient throughput of an order through all departments at 3S. It is up to him to co-ordinate all interfaces between the customer’s production plant and the new packaging line.
As Single Source Solutions provider we often act as a general contractor. As a number of third party suppliers may be involved in a project, it is up to project management to clear all possible interfaces in detail.
A project manager at 3S has to make sure all parties involved stick to the agreed timeline, also to the budget and always meet the agreed quality criteria. Project Management organises and attends the factory acceptance test at our premises, co-ordinates and manages installation, commissioning and attends the initial production with the new line. The organisation of training of customer’s personnel and providing all documentation in time come under the responsibilities of the project manager as well.
Only when a customer is fully satisfied with his new packaging line and has signed the final site acceptance protocol we release the project manager from his liabilities.
Our after-sales team takes over and is pleased to further care about the customer.
