CASCADE LOADER
The Cascade loader loads bags with product arriving from a vertical bagging machine into the in-feed chain of a horizontal cartoner. Intelligent servo drive technology synchronises cartoner and loader.
It is possible to pile up bags within the system what allows two or three bags to be loaded into the cartoner’s chain.
The Cascade Loader is always part of an integrated bag-in-box packaging system. Typical products would be breakfast cereals, bags of loose tea, milk powder or pet food.
