MOTIVATE YOUR OPERATORS THROUGH INTENSIVE TRAINING
You have invested in a new packaging line which offers highest efficiency and output. To achieve this it is most important your engineers and operators understand the equipment in detail. Especially with complex integrated lines the functions and interaction of each single module need to be understood.
We offer our customers a comprehensive training programme tailored to the needs of the participants – Engineers, Project Managers and Operators. A training course comprises theoretical classroom lessons as well as on the job training. Each trainee will be provided with hand-outs and training documentation.
A first basic course already takes place at the time of the factory acceptance test on our shop floor and will be continued during and after installation and commissioning at your site.
It is also recommended to repeat training courses from time to time especially when other engineers or operators get in charge with the equipment.
